Some issues in my game, The Golden Titan

I am running a D&D 5th edition game. For some odd reason when I select a monster from the 5th edition rule book and drag it over, all its stats and it profile info does come up as it is supposed to BUT I can't actually drag the creature onto the map. I drag it onto said map and it just wont pop up there. I also can't give the creature a token to use. When I go into edit the default token just isn't there. Like the box for it is there, but there is no way to edit it. It's a small issue but it does make the game a bit harder. Also, there is no video or mic chat options. They just never show. Now we are using a third party chatting services, but it would be nice to know what's going on. Thanks.

The SRD creatures do not have default tokens, so unless you have purchased the Monster Manual there won't be tokens for them. If you want to assign your own you can do that. You need to first delete the blank token that they have as a default for it. It's confusing and I brought it up to the devs before, but if you hover over the place on the sheet to edit to default token you can see a "remove " option do that first then you can assign the token you have on play area for your creature. As for the video and mic options, they won't show up unless you have more than one person logged into your game. I hope that helps!
Yep it does! The mic option though doesn't show when I have more people logged in, or at least I haven't seen it. It might just be an issue with my computer. As said, we are using Discord to chat so nobody really minds so it's kind of a none issue. I was just curious. :) The token thing and removing the blank as the default though did fix that monster issue right up. Thanks!
