Nested Macros help

I'm trying to create an ability macro where I can call every skill check. I thought of something like this, but it does not work. ?{Which sklill? |Heal, @{healmacro}|Climb,@{climbmacro}} Does anyone have a better idea?

Can I safely assume that you are using the 3.5e character sheet by Diana? If so then your macro would work but you'd need to go to the skills tab and replace the parts of the macro being called with their html replacements as detailed in the wiki here . This is because the attribute @{<skill>macro} is being resolved before the chat output and the characters '|', ',' and '}' are breaking the query. Example: /w gm &{template:DnD35StdRoll} {{skillflag=true}} {{name=@{character_name} }} {{check=[Appraise](http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Appraise_Skill ) check:}} {{checkroll=[[1d20 + [[@{appraise}]] ]] {{notes=@{appraisenote} }} Becomes: /w gm &{template:DnD35StdRoll} {{skillflag=true}} {{name=@{character_name} }} {{check=[Appraise](http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Appraise_Skill ) check:}} {{checkroll=[[1d20 + [[@{appraise}]] ]] {{notes=@{appraisenote} }}

However, note that if you change the macros on the sheet to involve the replacements you won't be able to call it direct from the sheet anymore. An alternative is to use API buttons to output a nice little button to chat that players can then click to call the macro without the need to use the replacements: ?{Which sklill? |Heal, [Roll](!@{selected|healmacro}) |Climb, [Roll](!@{selected|climbmacro}) |etc etc}
Thank you very much. I think I'm gonna try both.
