So I just started running SKT and only 1 of my players can see the map on the screen. For everyone else they just saw a black screen. Am I doing something wrong?
I'll go back and double check but I'm certain I set this up. I specifically went through each token, made sure it had sight of 60 ft x - 10ft (dwarves with dark vision) and has sight was checked as well as each token assigned to a character.

The character sheets weren't assigned to any players.
