"if" command on macros?

So, newbie here... I'm using macros, and would like to know if there is something like... If a dice roll is higher than a number that i determinate, roll 1d4 with a message, and if it's not, show another message... Sorry for my bad english :P

That's not possible with the basic macro system. The API (requires that the campaign creator has a Pro subscription) can do it, and in limited cases custom rolltemplates (built by the character sheet author) can do it, but not the basic system.
