Grid still showing up after clicked "Enabled"

The grid is still showing up even after I've unchecked "enabled" under the game default settings. 

Just checking... are you using an image that includes a grid within the image?

Yes I am. 

Since the grid lines are part of the image the VTT will have no ability to remove them. However disabling the VTT's grid as you have already done will allow you to use the image grid instead. If the issue is that the VTT grid is still visible please supply a screen shot including your page settings and the affected image and we can look at troubleshooting further. Thanks

Thank you for the quick replies! I have attached a screen shot of the map, with the map grid (brown) and the VTT grid. I've also attached a screenshot of the settings for this game with the grid disabled. Thanks again for the help! 

Ah.  The screenshot of the settings is from the  Game Default Settings in the Game Settings page.  Those will only take effect on newly created pages.  Existing pages need to be adjusted on  Page Settings in game.
