Hello all, my name is Benjamin and I hope to be your new GM! I’m part of a small group of roleplayers that have been playing for over a year and are looking to add in some new blood to the mix. It’s never fun not having enough people to play with so we’re looking for one or two people extra. We communicate using Skype, Discord, and playing on Roll20. We’re all pretty nerdy and have played several different systems together and are fine helping others learn and get to grips with things. As players, one thing to note is that overall we care a lot about story and enjoying the social aspect of gaming. Some of us are more keen on making our characters have really interesting interactions, whilst others are more focused on delving into the world around them; but we think this balance makes us generally well rounded and there should be something for everyone. Combat and skill checks are all fine, but what we all like best is a cooperative storytelling experience. As people, it is important though to note we are more interested in having fun and player enjoyment over anything else, so whilst (it being the internet) you should expect a level of bad jokes and odd quirks, we’ve worked hard on making everyone feel safe and respected and will not accept bigotry. With that in mind, if it sounds like a bunch of people you’d like to meet then please apply for our short term campaign which will act as a ‘get to know you’. The game will run from Tuesday the 1st of August, and then every tuesday thereafter for a month (or a bit longer), at 18:00 GMT+1.
