Trouble Uploading Images

I've been having trouble uploading images that I have downloaded for Curse of Strahd. Its well under the 5 mb limit for the image but it still wont upload. The bar doesn't move and I've let it sit for 10+ minutes. IS this because you have to have purchased the content through roll20 in order to use the images?

What format are the images? Are you over your upload limit (check what it says under your storage quota  here ).
Ive tried all three formats. PNG JPG and GIF. I also have no other images stored right now, my qouta is 0/100 MB

Ok thanks, sounds like something more sinister at play. Please follow the steps below but most importantly do step 4 while trying to upload: Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you! I'll also move this to the bug forum...
Tried all the first 3 steps. Still not working. It's also allowing me to upload other images just not these specific ones for some reason. I'll try step 4 and see whats going on

Have you tried opening the images you are having trouble with an image program such as gimp or something similar then export as jpg or png? Some people had problems with images they got off the web and after resaving/exporting the image the problem was gone.
I used GIMP to change the images form a PDF to a jpg. It opens fine on other software but won't upload here. For what its worth, if I search for the same image online and save it and then upload it works.

Double check the name of the file.  *.jpg will work, *.jpeg will not.
