[LFP] [D&D 5e] Monster Game 12th Level

24 and 23-year-old brother and sister (respectively) looking for 1-3 new players for D&D 5e...with a twist! PCs are monsters that mysteriously and unexpectedly gain self awareness and special powers. Any monster is fair game as long as they have a low intelligence or were created by/had once been human. Any class is fair game as well. Players will start at 12th level. My brother and I have already had a few adventures for this campaign, but members of our group are having a hard time showing up to the game so we're seeking some more players. We've hit a point in the main story where it wouldn't be out of place for new PCs to enter the picture. New players are welcome, though this might be a bit advanced for someone new to D&D or 5th Edition since we've had to homebrew a few rules to have monsters as PCs. We are also willing to accommodate schedules to the best of our ability, but we kindly ask that when we set a day and time for a game, you should plan to be there or give plenty of notice if you can't make it. Do not join this group if you don't think you can commit to a regular schedule for adventures! Players so far: -Owlbear, multi-classing Cleric and Blood Hunter (myself) -Rug of Smothering, Rogue -Wood Woad, Fighter -GM (my brother) Please reply to this post or message me if interested!

We usually do Saturdays at 1 or 2pm EST, but we're pretty flexible. Basically weekdays before 5pm are off-limits.

Mic required. Video is preferred but not necessary. We all use it.

There's an overarching plot concerning the nature of being, a mysterious figure running experiments toward unknown ends, and more than a little roleplay. Which doesn't stop the party from occasionally doing weirdness like fighting the Halfling Pirates of Willygoat who, although they are wee men, have big swords. Or getting really really stoned and having a vision quest of a past life. And so on and so forth. We take shenanigans very seriously.
