How to insert picture into Bio text box without URL

Hoping this is in the correct forum for this question.

So I have this token from one of the many add-ons that I have purchased.  It clearly shows a picture was inserted into the text box from the module it came from (no outside urls as shown on the edit feature in screenshot).

How can I do this with other image resources from my library with other character sheets? I am not seeing an insert image in the menu bar to do this like this forum has that I used to insert the screenshot above.

Thank you.

You can right-click an image that is located on a web page(you can even use an image that you've placed in the bio image box, hint:image library), and "copy image". Then right-click "paste" into the Description and/or GM Notes edit boxes. Once the image has been pasted into the journal or handout, you can click and edit to change position. I copied the roll20 logo into a table cell in the caps above to preserve the text/image positioning. more info: https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/5328734/
