Refund on monster manual

So, the monster manual doesn't work with whatever layout I have for my character sheets.  I thought, "Well, hey, they're working on it and I'm sure it'll be fixed soon".  No such luck and it's been months!  Now I can't even see what the effin stats are for certain monsters when I draw them out from the manual.  I was looking for customer support but no dice.  I have to post here.  Well here it is.  I'd like my money back since it hasn't made shit easier at all!! I'd rather not continue this constipated way of working with the stupid disfunctional manual. If not, then I'll just end my membership and find some other way to play d&d.  I'll drag my pals with me too.  What say you Role 20?  Are you good for your customer service and products or do you not give a flying eff???

Hey Victor. I also have the monster manual and it is working in all of my campaigns. Are you using the  OGL sheet ? I believe that the  shaped sheet also supports the monster manual. If you're using the older community sheet, I don't think that it is compatable with the monster manual.

The drag and drop features of the monster manual and SRD are only compatible with the&nbsp; OGL 5e sheet&nbsp; from Roll20 and the&nbsp; Shaped Sheet created by Kryx. I am guessing that you are using the Community Contributed sheet which is older and not able to take advantage of the drag and drop capabilities of the other afore mentioned sheets. I would suggest starting a new game and selecting the OGL sheet and that should fix things right up. &nbsp; &nbsp; Happy Rolling

Thank you all for your patience and tolerance of my unsolicited rage post. &nbsp;I am using the community contributed sheet and will be discontinuing it after I finish with this next session. &nbsp;Apologies for my belligerence. And thank you Nolan. &nbsp;I'll be in touch. &nbsp;I think I'll hold onto my purchase and use it as intended.
