I had made a bunch of characters but now only the ones that I have archived are left.  And then when I try and restore one of my archived characters they just disappear.  What is going on?

This can happen when the browser autofills something into the search bar on the journals tab... i've spent ages waiting for things to 'load' sometimes only to realise that it is looking for journals with some random word in them that I'd used in another tab ages ago lol. Glad your problem was a temporary one though, thanks for the update.
