Player is getting error when he tries to enter my dev server game.

A player of mine, sho says he is logged into the production server is getting a TypeError: no implicit conversion of nil into String error when he tries to reach the front page of my campaign. Help please on what this means.

I'm the player in question. The issue seemed to resolve itself, but, having a few hiccups while in the actual game.  edit: It seems like all the knicks worked themselves out.
