Bizarre send/receive video and voice issue

So, I logged into Roll20 to join the Pathfinder game that I've been playing in since last year, and I ran into a fairly unusual problem. This wasn't the first time I had logged in since the Rugged Reroll release, but it was my first time logging in with at least one other person present (thus launching the video/voice interface). I was, as always, using Chrome. Anyway, everything was working except that I was unable to receive voice from the other players. I was able to receive the chat beep and campaign music. I was able to see them, and they were able to see and hear me. At this point, I went through a volley of trouble shooting efforts. I first checked the permissions of WebRTC and made sure everything was allowed. I also checked the securities and granted absolute permissions. I then made sure my microphone was working, which it was. I also updated java and stuff to make sure there wasn't a problem there. Oh, I also downloaded the tokbox app to check compatibility, and it returned that everything was compatible and should work as normal. I also restarted my computer a bunch and the browser even more frequently. I may be forgetting something, but that's most of it. Here, I decided to download Firefox and give it a try. Once it was downloaded, I logged out of Roll20 in Chrome, and into it in Firefox. I entered the campaign, and I granted all permissions. Here, the problem was inverse! I could hear the party, but could not see them, meanwhile, they could not see or hear me! I went through the whole permissions and securities rigmarole, and refreshed my browser a few times. By now, I had spent 45minutes working on Chrome, and another 15 on Firefox, with no improvement to either. The group was about to call it quits, so I dialed up a Hail Mary (because why not), and I dual logged into BOTH Chrome and Firefox. Much to everyone's surprise, this worked absolutely perfectly. As I type, I am sharing video with my group and speaking through Chrome, and I am receiving voice through Firefox. Nothing about this makes any sense, but it is happening.

The mods and devs might need a copy of your console log.
I should also have mentioned that my computer was telling me in Firefox that I was transmitting both video and voice. It just wasn't being received. Anyway, other party members are now having some issues with different video and voice feeds dropping out. So, right now, there are three of us, and I can't see one guy, but we all have audio. Arriving at the present, we had some random video/voice drop outs. This is just where we are now.

Please try to disable your A/V in the settings tab, refresh your browers, and then re-enable the A/V. If that does not work please have your GM switch A/V type (WebRTC to Flash or Flash to WebRTC) and then repeat the above steps.
More problems this week, but at least we have things working now. I'll post a full reply after the game ends.
So this week, we had consistent problems with webrtc. Our GM just couldn't get his voice to transmit across to us, and we did have some other issues getting the rest of the group on video and chat. We did try the suggestions made a couple of weeks ago, which got the group together, but not the GM. So, the GM switched it from webrtc to java, which worked in the sense that we could now both hear and see the GM. However, this also brought up a permissions box where our video icons should have been. This required clicking "allow" to get our a/v transmitted. Another party member and I were both unable to click "allow" or any other tabs within this pop-up permissions box. After a few refresh attempts, the other player and I switched from Chrome to Firefox. Once we loaded the game through Firefox, we were faced with the same permissions box, but we were both able to select "allow", "remember", and "okay" (or whatever that last button read). With that accomplished, we could all see and hear each other, but we had some random drop outs. Still, we got through our game, and we spent half as much time getting the a/v sorted out as we did last week. An improvement, but still not great.

Is the GM using the latest version of Firefox or Chrome? The initial problem that users can run into with trying out WebRTC is that it utilizes very brand new HTML5 tech that presently only the latest versions of Firefox or Chrome support. All users in a campaign need to be using those browsers in order for video/voice chat to work through WebRTC.
