D&D 3.5 Wild shape

I'm new to D&D and after looking through some of the books for fun things to do, I happened across the Master of Many Forms prestige. For some reason I really want to attempt playing one, but the detail of needing Wild shape as a class feature. I'm not too keen on playing a Druid for some reason, and I found the Ranger variant in Unearthed Arcana, but are there any other ways to have Wild shape as a class feature?

actually, I was looking at doing 7 levels of Master, with 3 levels of Nature's Warrior. I think I would get the full complement of forms from Master but some confirmation would be nice. Also, thanks for the tip on Egoist Psion. is there a way to make the Psion's Greater Metamorphosis last longer? 25 minutes seems short for some rp purposes. Especially compared to the hours you get using Wild Shape.

you'll have to show me where I can find details on those psion tricks. and I knew the bible was out of date, but it was the closest thing I could find to what I wanted. I had started going through all the monster books to find my own favored forms and such.

hm, I found a neat little feat trick but I'm not sure if it works like I believe it does. Practiced Manifester. If at level 10 or so I happen to use Overchannel to increase the metamorph form I can take in terms of HD, does that mean my manifester level would go up for the duration of the Metamorphosis?
