[HELP] I'm not being able to upload a character sheet

I started to GM Pathfinder Iron Gods for my friends. But I did not manage to upload the character sheets. I create them on pcgen. I did just as it says on the character sheet tab. I got the XML file, converted it to a JSON file, but all I get are these errors: "Cannot read property 'public' of undefined" or "Unexpected token U in JSON at position 0" Someone have any idea how to fix it?

The Pathfinder sheet has a  HeroLab import feature but nothing for PCGen. The  Pathfinder Companion Script (PFC), still being developed, does have a text-based stat block importer primarily written to handle the srd/prd but can also parse a text-based stat block exported from PCGen with some pre-editing.  API scripts are a Pro subscription perk...
