Hi - I was wondering what animals Riad has seen around, as that determines his options for Wild Form. He grew up in a riverside village (Queen's County), and spent seven years wandering and hunting the woods (primarily west of Brightford), though he was not actively searching for rare game during that time. The following are my guesses for which animals he has and hasn't seen, assuming that the rarity of animals in those woods mirrors that of Yosemite and around my village is similar to British Columbia (the only two wildernesses with which I have any measure of familiarity). Could you give it a once-over and note if anything is wrong or in doubt? + Squirrel (common everywhere I have ever lived) + Trout (common fish, and serves the purpose of all small fish for my purposes) + Sparrow (generic bird, analogous to the trout) + Eagle (I occasionally see these when out hiking) + Deer (if the forests are anything like California, then he has seen way too many deer) + Black Bear (a crucial element of the Yosemite experience) + Fennec Fox (probably would have run into a couple wandering around Queen's County) + Frog (wandering up and down the river near Queen's County) + Sheep (raised in Queen's County) + Riding Horse (merchants passed through his village) + Warhorse (he makes an effort to find a warhorse in Aegis for this purpose) + Whatever the Webwood spiders were, if they are typed as Beasts ? Carowi (are these common enough for him to have seen any yet?) ? Brown Bear (would exist in reasonable numbers near Queen's County, if it is like BC, but would he have seen any?) ? Panther (these are a very rare sighting in Yosemite, and would be rarer still if they had free reign as in the Brightford woods, but he has had seven years to spot one) - Giant Eagle (if these exist in this world, Riad has probably never seen one, and he hasn't been looking) - ocean life (he has never seen the ocean) - Crocodiles (there are none in either BC or Yosemite) - Giant Spiders (except those encountered today, as he had never ventured into the Webwood before) - more exotic wildlife (e.g. tigers, elephants, lions, or raptors) Do these make sense to you, bearing in mind that my choice of analogous ecosystems was entirely arbitrary? Once any of this is finalized, I can turn it into a lore post. Thanks for your time! - Michael
