Metamagic options in one spell macro for Pathfinder

Hello all.  I don't have much experience with macros.  I am playing an 8th level sorcerer and don't want to have several macros for each spell due to the different metamagic options for each.  What I would like to do but haven't been able to find a specific example of on the forums is an option to have 1 macro for each spell that can cover all the possible options. Something like this: Burning Arc normal = x damage intensified = x damage empowered = x damage I would announce how I am casting ahead of the roll and then hit the macro button.  If this isn't the best option I am open to suggestions.  My main goal is to not have several macros for each spell.  Thanks for your help.

replace your damage section with something like: ?{Metamagic|No,[[1d6]] damage.|Intensified,[[3d8]] damage (Intensified).|Empowered,[[floor(1d6*1.5)]] damage (Empowered).} Note, the value listed are just examples as I'm not too familiar with PF but that would give you an option on your damage output and also annotate your damage text to show why it is different to normal.
Awesome, thank you so much!
