So I have an account already and my brother is going to GM a game. Can I make the game in my account and then have him run it so we can use dynamic lighting etc? Also sorry if this is wrong board I wasn't sure where to post.
You can indeed, just promote him to co-GM, he'll be limited to only having access to the things that a co-GM can do (see here for details). And yes, the subscription features are activated based on the game creator's level, not the GM's :)
Also, note that you can rejoin as a player in the game so that you DON'T have the GM view. You can right click that join button and copy the link to save as a bookmark so that you can link to being right in the game as a player.
He won't be able to use any of your Art Library assets (those are dependent on account), and you'll have to set up any API scripts for him, but most GM tools are there for him to use.
