Turn Tracking & Targeting: Attack, Damage, and AOE

I'm surprised that this has not been suggested yet and I apologize if it's listed elsewhere.  The biggest improvement that I'd like to see is the ability to target tokens and have it automate attack, damage, or spell effect.  I'm thinking in terms of D&D 5e, but this is obviously applicable to many games I'm sure.  It's really the only thing that Fantasy Grounds has over Roll20.  It should be linked to the 5e OGL and possibly other character sheets.  The functionality should include the following: Roll20 should keep track of who's "turn" it is and therefore "knows" what token is associated with that player Player's whose current turn it is can target one or more other tokens Player can roll attack roll from character sheet and Roll20 should return whether it is a hit (attack vs. AC in D&D games) Player can roll damage and it is automatically deducted from targeted token/sheet Player can target multiple tokens for Area of Effect spells/powers Automates targeted token saving throws (D&D) Automates effect (Damage and/or status change) In my opinion, this would really make Roll20 a superior product to Fantasy Grounds as this functionality is the main thing that system has the advantage on currently.
