Why are there two numbers when I roll my weapon from my character sheet?

My friend and I are confused as to what these are. Are they two rolls using the same formula? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

If it is for the 5e sheets it rolls a 1d20 twice to represent the advantage and disadvantage aspects of the system. On some (if not all) of the 5e sheets there should be a setting button that will disable that aspect.

The idea is that you read the first one normally, the higher one if advantaged and the lower one if disadvantaged.
