When you save html entities (the
 etc) as a normal macro in the collections tab the VTT will parse those entities the next time you open the macro to edit it... the same happens in the forums. To prevent it you can store them as abilities on a journal which does not parse these entities and either call them from there or use them as copy/paste versions to put back into the standard macro should you need to open it to edit etc. Otherwise, simply don't open the macro in the collections tab ever again after initially setting it up and saving it :)
I really dident understand what you mean, I am kind of new...been copying from youtube. What do you mean with storing in ability. DO i have to type this always when i am playing?

No worries, it can be a bit daunting at first. Here is the same macro being saved as an ability on a journal (character sheet), on the left, and as a macro under the collections tab, on the right: Here they are again after they have been saved and reopened, note how the collections tab has taken all of my carefully laid out html entities and turned them into the symbols they represent: To avoid that you can use a character sheet's abilities section or save a macro under the collections tab and simply never reopen it for editing, in both of those scenarios your macro will continue to work. The difference being that to call a normal macro you can simply run # macroname but to run one stored as an ability you would type something along the lines of %{ sheetname | abilityname }
