Okay this is extremely confusing and possibly not just from my client. So here goes. What happened: I have been attempting to work with macros in the game I am playing in. This is a pathfinder game, with the roll20 Pathfinder sheet. Fair warning, I am rather new to macros so I am using terminology the best I can. The issue began when I started trying to make a roll query that referenced all my knowledge skill rolls from the Pathfinder sheet. The goal was a dropdown menu that would let me select which knowledge skill I wanted to roll, and then the macro would only roll that one. I had previously been able to create macros with a dropdown menu, and I had successfully followed a premade macro to roll many knowledge skills at once, so the attempt was to combine those two. For a while, attempts were unsuccessful but unremarkable. However, somewhere along the line - and I honestly couldn't tell you what the exact macro code was for this, it might still be saved but I'm not sure - a weird glitch happened. The chat shrunk itself, removing most of my posts in it from the last hour or so, and contracting that successful roll of many knowledge skills into two black bars outside a small purple bar. From that point on, I was no longer able to post anything in this text chat, either through using macros (even simple ones that previously worked) or just typing into the normal input prompt for chat. That is, as if chatting normally, neither text nor roll commands goes through. Furthermore, I contacted my GM and asked him to take a quick look. He sees the same thing I do - the two black bars bordering a purple bar - and if I understood him correctly (he was on his way out the door) he can also not type into chat. In addition, after quitting the game and reconnecting, I initially see the chat as if it were normal up until that many-knowledge-skill roll (See Image 1), but typing anything into the chat and hitting enter will collapse it back to the weird klondike bar (see image 2).
