Looking for Players... GMT or European!! Forgotten Realms 5e West Marches campaign, set in 1370DR – “The Savage Frontier”.

Hi all, I'm looking to start this up very soon! ... I've been developing it for a while. It'll be GMT timezone, with probably Sunday and one weeknight being ideal session times. Its set in the frontier town of Deadsnows in the mountains of the North, for those familiar with Realmslore. We have a good group of players lined up, just need one or two more...... 5e experience and Realmslore knowledge an advantage Anyone up for it? =D
Hello, I have little to non experiance ( only played one homebrew oneshot campaign with friends ), but i have a good grasp on Forgotten Realms lore and the basic rules of 5E. Im especially looking for a group of chill people to play a mid to long term campaign. Here are my Stats: Name: Alex Age: 23 Timezone: GMT +2 ( every time/day would be fine except for friday and saturday ) Here is a character I had rollin in my head for a long term campaign: (Details can be changed to fit the story, but I would like to roleplay a two weapon fighting, spellcasting Tiefling with some kind of dark background) Name: Szahil Neruud Age: 20 Class: Ranger / Warlock Hexblade (UA) Race: Tiefling Description: medium long curled black hair, pale sand brown skin, orange/red glowing but clouded eyes, dark black/brown curved horns and a spiked tail. Alignment: CN Background: Haunted One Backstory: Szahil has spent most of his childhood traveling the world alongside his father, a Smuggler of delicate wares and an illusionist, going by the name of Amrir Neruud. He just turned 12 years old, as their journey brought them onto the edge of an vast and unforgiving wasteland, they had to traverse to reach their destination the desert city of [???]. A few days under the desert sun, just as they prepared camp for the night, a strange red entity ambushed them. Amrir, being quite a capable spellcaster and swordsman, managed to slay the monstrosity but not without getting hit by the creature’s sharp claws. The Injury seamed rather harmless and so they moved on the next morning, eager to reach the dessert city rather sooner than later. Over the course of the next week, Szahil’s father grew increasingly sick, up to a point where he wasn’t able to continue any longer. They took shelter in a small ruin, buried under the shifting dunes. Amrir was able to resist the disease, only for a few more hours and as night fell, he got cast away by this horrible plague. Leaving Szahil alone, desperate in darkness and silence. Suddenly a loud cracking noise shattered the silence, as a creature erupted form the chest of his father’s dead body and immediately started devouring the corpse, growing rapidly in size by doing so. In that moment Szahil knew nothing but fear and ran off into the desert night. Three days he wandered the searing hot sand, without supplies or a certain direction. Every time he felt his consciousness fading, visions of a woman, enveloped by black feathers and with a smooth white face holding no expression, struck his mind and kept him pushing on. Finally a group of hunters found him delirious and exhausted. They brought him into the desert city, where they took him under their wings as they were members of a monster hunter’s guild. The following years he trained at the guild to become a hunter himself. Alongside learning many things about monsters and the ways of combat, he also learned the name of the creature that killed his father: “Slaad”. Upon reaching adulthood Szahil left the desert city to pursue his sworn enemies the Slaadi, especially the one that grew from his father’s flesh.
Hi is this still a concern? I am one of two players in the uk who might be interested. I do have a slightly irregular work pattern however so if this will be a problem please say so. I would try to give a heads up if I could not make a session.
