Camera Required Games (Need input)

I am wondering the how many people would be willing to do a roll20 game that requires all players to have and use a camera. Any input you can give me would be greatly appreciated, if you are not willing why not? If you are willing is there anything that would stop you?

There are many games that have that requirement but there is just as many that do not require it. Web cameras is not something that everyone has. I don't have one and see no need to get one. There are a lot of people that feel this way. Most people that I encounter here are just happy with voice because they are video shy or they don't wish people to see their living environment, etc. If I was willing then not having a webcam would stop me until I could free up the cash to purchase a cam.
I would join one that was required but wonder why. I once had a guy that we had a cam game he snapped a few pics of me and used them as stalker material, once I didn't run the game the way he wanted, and he put up hate sites against me. I would never require cams though we use them. I do require voice, since I like a faster paced game. Not everyone has or wants a cam. Seems different to me to REQUIRE it.
I have a web cam but don't use them in the games I run. My primary concern is the amount of bandwidth the video stream would require. My experience has been that voice-only works fine.
I typically shut off my camera just to save bandwidth, though since Rugged, I have noticed that the video works a lot more smoothly, but the audio is practically flawless when I leave the camera off. I wouldn't require someone to use one for my game, and I wouldn't let the requirement stop me from joining a game I wanted to play, but I would be curious as to why it was "required" for the game before committing to the game.
Ill just add this. Some players have a hard time not being distracting. Video gives them one more way to distract other players. I find this especially true in beer and pretzels play.
I think having a webcam for a campaign can be a great thing. Having video as a requirement in a way forces many players to be more attentive. As a gm that generally plays with a webcam (although usually not requiring it), I can see the merit in it. It can get rather obnoxious when you are dealing with a player who is clearly watching television, or constantly getting 'interneted'. On a similar note: Should having good bandwith be a requirement? Should I care as a GM whether my players have reliable connections? As I continue to run the odd game or campaigns, increasingly using roll20, I find a constant hindrance of meeting great players with really terrible connections. Sometimes these issues can cause a session to 'break' in a way. Food for thought I think
