imgsrv http/https mismatch

Roll20's loading of images from HTTP by an HTTPS source (roll20.net/editor referencing http://imgsrv.roll20.net ) causes Mixed Content errors on Chrome and Firefox for loading images and font files. Last I saw this was listed as an issue 3 years ago? I understand the concept of low priority, but... has there been no progress in 3 years?
Implementing a fix for this issue would actually require a rather sizable change to our infrastructure in order to fix. As it does not completely obstruct gameplay we have been working on larger pain points that interfere with pain.
