Character Sheets and Pro Users

Hello everybody! Today I wanted to ask some information about creating Character Sheets, and I thank everyone who will kindly answer :) First of all, I see from  this page of the wiki that you need to be Pro User to create your own character sheet with full template (like the ones that can be selected from the list when you start a new Campaign), and not just editin Attributes and Abilities. Then, my first question: if I pay the Pro Account for, let's say, 1 month, then can the template be used again after the pro Account expires? Which leads to my second question: i read that what you actually do is editing the template of ONE Campaign (using as a base the "Custom" template). Does it mean that to use your own modified template in another Campaign you will have to modify it again from the "Custom" template? In which case, can i just copy/paste the HTML code from the template i have modified to the new one?

Hmm... 1) I am not sure what happens to a Custom sheet in currently existing games when dropping the pro subscription nor do I really want to test it with my account. 2) Assuming I understand your question correctly, After ending a Pro subscription you would not be able to transfer your Custom template to new games, as you would not have the option of a Custom sheet when copying games nor the ability to select it after creating the game. However, if the Character Sheet you are trying to create is for an RPG that people can actually get (not a random custom system that only you have) and isn't a slight modification to an already existing sheet, you could develop the sheet during a 1 month Pro subscription (you can technically do it without Pro, it just makes actually writing the sheet absurdly difficult) and submit it to the list of public sheets at which point you would certainly be able to continue using the sheet after ending the subscription

If the sheet is set up and running in a pro account game then then account goes to plus or free, the sheet should continue to work. You just loose the ability to work on it or post the custom code to another game (you could try copy game option to get the sheet in a new game). As it has been mentioned, you could put it on github and have it become public community sheet.

That wouldn't work.  The custom code does copy over to the new game, but by default the character sheet resets to None unless you pick a sheet, and for non-Pro Members you would be unable to select a sheet type of Custom to use the custom code.

I was not sure which is why I said "try". The best option is create the sheet and upload it to the github. This will enable it for any subscription tier then.
