5e OGL attack vs AC?

It's probably been asked a million times... but I was unable to find the answer. I was to set up some macros for my players that let them pick a target when they do a weapon attack. I want it to calculate against AC (without revealing the actual number) and simply display whether it was a success or not. If I roll from the dice window I can set the result <> and it says success or failure. I want that with the attack roll. Is that possible? At the moment I have this: [[1d20 + @{selected|pb} + @{selected|strength_mod} vs (or >) @{target|npc_ac}]] That doesnt give me a success or failure and its just a plain roll. I have macros figured out for dealing damage to their HP bar and stuff after the fact too. Maybe I'm asking too much?

You can't really post 'success v fail' with just a Macro. You still need to manually compare the results. What you could do is have [[1d20 + attack roll stuff]] vs @{target|token_name}'s @{target|npc_ac} and then it should dump a roll, the target's name and their ac in a single line so you can do the comparison easily.
You can't actually change any numbers using just macro's. That requires an API script and Pro level subscription.
