Pathfinder abilitys tab #left/Max Question

I am currently trying to write up a Cleric, and am writting up her Channel energy  gets a total of 7 uses/day  5d6 each ( 3+cha mod and 9th level) and I've gotten it to factor the max roll without issue 3+@{cha-mod}  the frequency dropdown is set to /day So when i roll it it shows up with the right name, the texts and the dice rolls and it labels 7/7 but it doesnt subtract from the tottal is there a section im missing or like idk.... a macro code or something i can put somewhere to make it update

Hi Sally, Macros themselves cannot affect attribute values, they can only display them and use them in rolls. To affect attribute values with a chat command, or in response to an event, you need to use an API script. If the creator of your game is a pro user, like you are, you may want to ask them to install the  Pathfinder Companion Script . It has handling for ammo/resource tracking in it as well as a whole host of features to make gameplay and your GM's prep time quicker. Disclaimer: This is a shameless plug

One way as a non pro user: you can put it on the Custom tab, and then set the #channels right on the token. From the token you can then adjust it without having to open the sheet. You can use one of the first section of custom fields that has a /max field.
