Unasti the 'Roach and Stork the Android dumped their barrels of 'fertilizer' off the iHaul trailer to fit Garth's family in there to take their girl to Horn looking for a cure for her radiation poisoning. Don, Marcus, and Torg!!! had come down with the dreaded NPC flu, leaving them zombie like and unable to offer any intelligent conversation for their trip. Worse, Torg!!! had grown even larger absorbing the "Real Sol! TM plant approved interior lighting" through his green photosynthetic skin, and could no longer fit through the door of of the fallout shelter they'd found Garth's family in. Perhaps if he went on a strict diet of night-light he would be able to leave in some time. Chicken-Wolves! Their Centisteeds would feed a pack for some time, but Unasti quickly thinking threw a Molotov lighting one on fire! Fire was too much for the feathered predators and they clucked off looking for easier pickings. Horn! Garth gave the adventurers a frag and engergy grenade and 200 gold coins as reward for their help getting to Horn. Garth and Son's power armor was a free pass to see Baron Jemmas. Consulting the learned sages no cure was available here the best option to venture to the radioactive city ruins and search for a cure, risking more deadly exposure in the process. Stork agreed to go look for a cure in exchange for laser batteries, but one of his brains in storage expressed the idea that he was lying, and they were ushered from the Barron's audience afraid of the android's schizophrenic nature with the admonishment to not come back without a cure or more information on the Golden soldiers attacking the Baron's holdings. They travelled back to Shopp on the way back to the shelters vowing to find the Golden men, deciding against going to the radioactive ruins. On the way they were attacked by hungry Canoids, wolf-men who's scent caused Marcus and their steeds to pass out. Fire didn't deter them. Calling lighting from the sky with mutant powers Stork and Don fought them, while Unasti attempted to appear as appetising a treat as a giant roach could, using his mental power to transfer the wounds inflicted upon him back upon the Canoids. Don had to use much of his remaining supply of Medi-Spray to keep from bleeding to death due to his hemophilia.
