Can't Upload my own Maps/Backgrounds anymore properly

So for quite some time now i can try to upload my maps/backgrounds(which are either jpgs or pngs sometimes) but the upload gets stuck around ~35% and if i stop it i do get a map/background into my library, just in a very poor resolution. Is that a known bug that can be fixed on my side somehow? I originally thought it was just something temporary but i have this problem for at least 2 weeks now.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

It actually WAS my anti-virus program acting up(for whatever reason). Thanks for the help!
