No "align to grid" in advanced menu

I followed all the tutorials and am in map and background layer view and the advanced option simply doesn't have the "align to grid" command. Is this option not available in a free account or something?

I would remove the artwork.  Make sure that you are in the map layer view, and then add the artwork again.  Then check to see if you have the align to grid option.
