Pretty much what the topic says. To my knowledge there's no way to prevent players from changing status indicators, unless I really overlooked it. It would be nice to be able to just remove it and have it be a GM specific function.

No way of doing it.  You could lock them after a fashion with the API (a Pro subscriber Perk) but not prevent the actual manipulation.
