I've got a game currently that doesn't display anything entered into the chat box. Rolls, texts, nothing seems to be working for the chat box.

Did you try clearing the chat archive (not inside the game) outside the game? Sometimes a roll template or something corrupts the chat text and it requires the chat archive to be cleared. It is recommended that the chat archive be copied if there is anything important that is needed as once it is cleared, it is gone.
