"The Goblinicide" Note: This is just a quick and brief points so that all players and DM are on the same page. It should also be used for those that miss a session and for planning the next session. It is still up to the players to maintain their own records for specific details and character inventory. Yep. That happened. Day Count:  4 (12 Total) Party: Charity, Lalatina, Halvor, Merell, Damkai Main Activities:  Charity, Lalatina and Merell escaped from Camp Vengeance and met up with Halvor and Damkai (who had teleported with Wakanga and his guards just along the bank of the river within sight of Halvor. The Wizard's Journal [teleport target] was with the rest of the gear in the canoes the whole time). Wakanga and his two guards walk into Camp Vengeance and he convinces the new camp commander (Ore Firebrand - Dwarf) that he is a wandering adventurer that would like to trade supplies for equipment (and an exotic head of a tiefling) (Nat 20). Wakanga promises to carry messages for the camp for immediate resupply. Wakanga returns to party and gives back equipment and keep's Damkai's replica head.  Damkai refuses to get a new replica body and chooses to continue without. Wakanga and guards teleport out. After shoring and camo'ing the canoe and rowboat; the Party bush-bash towards Vorn and finds the shield golem standing still and immobile. Party follows tracks of goblins to a village while evading detection (lucky rolls). Damkai and Halvor sneak into village. Halvor figures out the escape mechanism for the entire village (giant catapult). They then are able to sneak past the Goblin guards and with one fell slice, Damkai cuts the retaining rope (rope vul. to slashing) and launches the entire unsuspecting village 1,000 yds to the East. Party follows the trail of dead goblins* and comes across the Queen who, despite being miraculously unharmd, is in total shock and attempting to care for a small child, who is also miraculously unharmed. As Charity and Lalatina attempt to console the two goblins; Halvor steps in and decapitates the Queen, then Damkai shoots an arrow through the baby to mercy kill it. Some awkwardness pauses as all party members realize the extent of what just happened. An entire goblin village (or at least it's next generation) has been wiped out. An eerie silence fills the forest as the Party heads back towards Vorn as short wooden faces fade into the treeline and once again the moon rises to find the remains of a goblin village in utter carnage. *notably the children and babies that were small and light enough to be thrown from the giant green wrapping that was now the village. Merrell stopped at first child's body found and returned to the original village site of the now empty brown circle. PS: The total was 16 dead adult goblins, 16 dead goblin children, and 1 dead Goblin Queen.  I can not figure out why they (WotC) wrote to have children in this; they knew with the trigger mechanism that the children would have a very high rate of death... Damkai (+750xp) Managed to the the key influencing factor is wiping out a village of goblin (yes they were evil, but no you don't get XP for killing harmless goblin children.
