Does Volo's Guide to Monster's grant vault access?

Does a roll20 purchase of Volo's Guide to Monsters grant vault access similar to how a purchase of Lost Mine of Phandelver grants access for games created with that module? Does volo's guide to monster's give addition vault access in any other way to an otherwise free account, "All Access Vault"? I had a DM tell me to get Volo's instead of LMoP for vault access but I'm not sure it works like that, I don't see vault access on the Volo's guide listing on Roll20?

Volo's doesn't have a module the way that Lost Mine of Phandelver does. Volo's has Addons you can put in Games which have the various lairs, but wouldn't enable Vault transfer to the game.
Ok, so I shared your reply with my Adventurer's League DM friends, and a couple of them say that if I buy Volo's I can create a game using Volo's ("with Volo's as the module") that will have vault access? They say that the "Volo's game" will have access but that my account will not have general vault access, is this incorrect?

Marketplace purchases where you get vault access will have this message on them: I believe that's limited to Modules (it might be only WotC Modules currently, but I'm not sure). Volo's Guide does not have a Module component.

Just to chime in, Volo's actually does have a module component. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/module/29/vo... This unlocks as part of the Volo's purchase, as there are several maps included with Volo's. These maps can be added either as an addon to an existing game, or can be used as a module to create a new game. At least according to that particular page, it unlocks the All Access Vault.

Yeah, it is a weird situation - what is being sold on the marketplace is actually a bundle of three different items. The module, the addon, and the compendium entry. Your purchase unlocks all three, but the main listing doesn't really explain that well, other than to just show graphics for "Volo's Guide: Maps and Tokens" (links to the module), "Volo's Guide: Compendium Expansion," and again for "Volo's Guide: Maps and Tokens" (this links to the addon) under Bundle Includes These Items that then link to more detailed descriptions.
