Hello: I followed the directions to close my account a few months back, but noticed my bank account had a $32.00 overdraft fee due to the auto charge. I ask that my account usage be researched and confirmed; and that a credit be issued for the months I was charged when I had cancelled. I look forward to any and all instruction to make this happen.
