[5e] Character Sheet Ammo Issue

Hello, first pardon if this is a duplicate/wrong place! I followed the instructions here  <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/OGL_5e_DnD:_How_to_setup_A" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/OGL_5e_DnD:_How_to_setup_A</a>... but it does not remove or show the ammunition in the roll. Any suggestions What I may be doing wrong?

The game's creator needs to have a current Pro subscription and install the 5th Edition OGL companion API script for ammo to auto-decrement.

This does not appear to be the same issue I'm experiencing Rabulias. Our DM has a current Pro sub, but it still hasn't been working properly for about two weeks, yet worked for almost 2 months straight before this. Any other suggestions?
