Most likely, the macros that you have in the macro bar (the bottom list) were dragged from the individual character sheet. I'm pretty sure this is the case because the three macros in the macro tab are not checked to show in bar. Also just because a macro is in the bar, it does not mean that the macro is a global macro (a macro in the macro tab). A macro in the bar could be a character ability (from the aforementioned drag from character sheet approach). You can easily tell where the code for the macro is stored by shift-clicking on the button in the macro bar. Just note that if the macro is a global macro and contains HTML encoded values, this will open the macro editor; thus removing the HTML encoding.
