one of my players sees the map in white, can only see the drawings that make the others and he is the only one with this problem, someone has an idea of what it can be?

Mod should be along shortly to offer some suggestions/help.  That said, make sure they are using FF or Chrome (the only two browser that roll20 supports).  Try both.  They can also try  disabling hardware acceleration for their browser.  Cheers

Hi, Ryuuji K. Could you please have your player carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) As Vince suggested, toggling hardware acceleration (on to off, or vice versa) can sometimes assist with loading/latency issues. Thank you!
