GM can see entire map but no one else can see anything

I have set up a campaign and when I invited people to join, they could see their characters and the beginning of the map. Upon starting to enter, their screen went blank while mine stayed completely visible. I have tried dumping cache, restarting the campaign, refreshing the page, and relogging in. Nothing seems to work. I have the console info as the bug report page said to but upon trying to add it to this topic, it will not let me add it to this thread. Please help!

Is fog of war on? Or Dynamic Lighting?
When you say their screens went blank, what precisely do you mean? Were they able to see the toolbar and sidebar?

If you're using dynamic lighting and enforce line of sight, you need to make sure the players have tokens assigned and those tokens have vision in the advanced properties. (best guess based on my own mystery blackscreened player incident)
Thank you for your assistance. Apparently, some of the players had "accidentally" unchecked vision on their token to see what it did and ended up not being able to find their tokens. Once I checked the vision box in the advanced properties for them, their map screen came back. The screen being blank was the map itself and they ccould see the tool bars and side bars but not the map. Not it is fixed so thank you all for your help.
