Asset library woes

So I recently upgraded to Plus and was looking forward to having all my assets in one place. This is when I learned batch handling of assets is horrid. I was attempting to move some 600 tokens to a folder and all hell broke loose. They wouldn't transfer, then the app decided to place them all on the map I had open, certain icons became invisible, my connection to the server was interrupted. I finally had to go through recent uploads and delete them all, 100 or so at a time so as not to cripple the UI.  I really wish there was a better folder management system for dealing with assets. It drives me crazy that even though I organize them into folders and subfolders, they still appear in recent uploads causing me to have to scroll through all uploaded assets after I upload more. I put them in folders so I don't have to do that. What about the option to upload directly to a created directory/sub?
