Can a troll DM be reported?

So, I recently joined a campaign for Lost Mines of Phandelver by a DM called ... (wont actually name him/her as it is probably against the rules to name and shame). We were supposed to be playing today at 10pm JST but he suddenly closed it. Now I also received a PM when I applied to the campaign from someone who claimed the same DM did the same to that game. Also having a looking I see that the same DM has created another LFG for the Lost Mines of Phandelver but at a different time. It's pretty clear that this guy is a troll doing this to waste people's time who are actually looking for a game. I was just wondering if there was a reportable offence or not.

I would suggest that you email the Devs at Team@roll20.net about this issue. Include all the needed info such as the DM, any correspondence (links to the PMs), and the name of the groups.

It certainly sounds like a form of harassment. Please email full details to team@roll20.net so the devs can deal with it.
DM's cancel games for all kinds of reasons. This one may not be a very good DM and also could be incredibly shy and unable to communicate properly. Which is why he just cancelled the game and opened a new LFG for a different time slot. Before you start lighting torches and sharpening pitch forks you should really just try talking to the dude. Have you tried that? I personally think it'd be in poor form to go tell on someone for not running a game for you.
my take is to post openly in his Current LFG and/ or PM and ask what is his intent with this new game.. ie you're asking about the new game while menting the old game that was cancelled out of nowhere. that or email devs if this person is indeed creating tons of games to waste time of others then it would iondeed be in there wheel house to correct.
