Chat Archive not loading?

Hello!

So I've tried opening our chat log, and it doesn't load. The browser (firefox) makes the same light blue-grey background, however that's where it stops. I've never written on a bug forum before, so I'm not sure what information you guys need if you choose to/have time to fix it...

I've tried opening it on Internet Explorer and Chrome, but it doesn't help. It was pretty long ~ Could that be the issue?

Unfortunately, the chat archive takes a very long time to load especially if it is large. This is a known problem and is on our list of things to fix. Thank you for reporting it. :)

I am having a similar problem but for the chat archive as well (not just the blue / grey one that you can view when you load the campaign), I found that it's been completely deleted for my campaigns since the forum switch.  Is this a related issue?

I am experiencing this issue as well:  when you click to view the chat archive it opens a new window but it is blank except for the slate grey background.

Well, my husband (who's a lot more computer oriented than I) told me to right click on the blank space and 'View page source'

This brought up a lot of html, and in there was all the text for our chat archive. So it exists, but I don't know why it won't load up. I've tried waiting and he fiddled with some unresponsive script wait time option.

Sarah, thank you for your  (and your husband's) help. In my testing it turns out this is not the 'takes forever to load' issue but is something new. I have filed a bug report.
