Hi! My name is Jon and I have been playing various RPG's for the better part of thirty years. I have played all versions of D&D up until 4E which I only played a little for lack of other players/dislike of the mechanics. I played some Pathfinder for awhile because a lot more people in the area of K.C. where I live now were into that. My favorite time that I played was in the 90's everything from Dark Sun to Greyhawk. My absolute favorite was Dragonlance followed by Forgotten Realms. Due to becoming a stay at home dad after various surgeries on my spine, heart, nose and throat amongst other issues getting out of the house for games isn't super easy. I recently purchased the 5E PHB and was impressed with it. Hence, my desire to play again; but how? Then I found out about these "virtual tabletops". It seems like a great fit. I'll need to learn the roll20 system, but the actual gaming is like falling off the proverbial log :) As far as my character I am extremely flexible. Once the group is assembled I will fill any roll the party feels is needed/wanted. Time zone is CST.
