Question about using the Modules

Hello im quite new to this site and got a simple question about the modules that you can use! So I got DnD in real life with the monster manual and a story and stuff and saw that the site had a premade module for just this story that I got! (Lost mine of phandelver) so my question is do I need to pay for the module on this site or is there someway for me to verify that i have the story already in my hand meaning that i dont need pay for it here?

You will have to buy it on roll20 to get all the work done for you. If you have it and willing to put the work in, you can upload and create handouts, journals, etc...yourself. This is due to what roll20 offers , even though the information is the same, is not the same as you would have bought elsewhere. There is massive amount of manhours used to get the module converted to roll20.
