Players can't see FX

Hello, I am new to Roll20 so I might be doing something wrong. I am using Roll20 to project onto my table; I am logged in as both the GM and as the players in a separate incognito screen thats projected via my projector. My issue is that my players can't see any FX I do on the map. I have already tried logging in as player on a regular new chrome window (not incognito) but this changes nothing. For example, I drag an acid beam across from their character out and they don't see it on their screen. Do I have to enable them being able to see it? Can only someone on a different account see it? EDIT: With a friend I figured out it's because I was logged in as both GM and player. In that case you can't see your own special FX. Is there a way to enable always showing FX, even when Im both GM and player?
Hi Jordi, I am seeing this behavior as well, and only if I have the same account in the game twice. For the time being, I would recommend creating a second account that you can use in the game for the player screen. I have gone ahead and submitted a ticket for the devs to look into this :)
Thank you, much appreciated! ^^
