My art Library won’t let me upload images on my iPad

Recently when I have tried to uploaded pictures I have downloaded from google images to my art Library the image comes out blank with a long line of nonsensical words and numbers next to it. I have cleared my cache and tried it with both google chrome and Firefox. My usual web browser is safari and I cleared my cache to make sure that wasn’t the issue. I tried uploading images on my account with a different IPad and it worked. But this has only left me even more confused. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi Chatty Man, What type of iPad are you using? Additionally, are you able to capture a screenshot of this behavior? Thank you!
It’s an iPad mini 2.
That’s a picture I tried to upload. It happens every time and each time it does the words and numbers change.
Are you trying to upload this particular image through the iPad mini itself? Were the other images also uploaded via the mini or were they on a different system like a desktop/laptop?
Upon having a closer look, it appears that the image in question is actually a ".jpeg" Roll20 only supports .jpg, .gif and .png If you change the file type and upload it again, does that work for you?
I’ve tried uploading photos I’d already uploaded. Like the guy with the beard you can see that’s not a jpeg and none of the others have been either. So it looks like something has happened to make the art Library think I’m trying to upload jpegs. I’ve even tried uploading photos I’ve taken as a test. It seems convinced they’re all jpegs.
I save pictures from google imagies and then upload them to the art library. It’s worked consistently thus far.
