I can't login on my phone

Everytime I try to login on my phone appears the following message: "The email or password you entered is incorrect , please try again.". But when I try to login on a computer, it works. My email and my password are corrects and I can't login on my phone anyway. Why is this happening?

Using Roll20 on a phone isn't officially supported. Some people have had success in getting it to work on that platform, but for the most part it's a "hit or miss" situation.
Hi Thais, This is a common occurrance for smartphones. We highly advise that you try to access Roll20 via a computer or tablet device.
