Unable to load roll20 in Google+ Hangout

When I try to load my campaign in a G+ Hangout, using the link from my campaign on this site, it fails to load and gives me the following error message: The page at <a href="https://ega1ishctv8cj3blqun5vr891vinoa3n-a-hangout-opensocial.googleusercontent.com" rel="nofollow">https://ega1ishctv8cj3blqun5vr891vinoa3n-a-hangout-opensocial.googleusercontent.com</a> says: Fatal error: Unable to retrieve authorization token. Please reload and try again. Restarting my browser and trying again made no difference.
There should have been a popup that asked you for permission to give Roll20 access to your Google account information. Did you see that dialog and click allow?
I'm having the same issue...

I don't remember seeing that dialog - just the error. Is there a way to grant Roll20 access to Google outside of that, a toggle etc.?
Hmmm, no...but we should probably try and figure out why it's not working in the first place. Can you open your Console and get me an error log for the time around when you add the Roll20 app to your Hangout? That would be very helpful.
Bill, Can you go here:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.google.com/accounts/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens?hl=en" rel="nofollow">https://www.google.com/accounts/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens?hl=en</a> and see if you see Roll20 on that list. If you do I would Revoke Access and then attempt to launch again from the Hangout and you should get a prompt to grant Roll20 access.
Hi Riley, I would be happy to oblige but I'm not quite sure what you're asking me to do. What do you mean when you say "Open your Console"? I got a screenshot, if that helps:

Bill, to open your console in hit Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+J in Chrome, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+K in Firefox, or&nbsp;Ctrl/Cmd+Alt+I in Safari.&nbsp; - Gauss
Okay, I can pop open the console (it's Command-Option-K on the Mac). What do you need me to do from there? Joshua, I tried your advice and I'm afraid the same thing happened. I revoked access, logged on to a Hangout, tried to launch Roll20 app, granted access, then got the error.
I also followed the advice, and while it does make the popup appear again, granting access had no effect - the same error appeared and Roll20 failed to function.
I also tried revoking access and then trying to open a Hangout directly from Roll20.net (instead of loading the app in a Hangout), and granting access yet again - that also failed.

Do you have any troubles with any other Google+ apps? Try the Hangout Toolbox which should be under Featured Apps when you click the Add App button.
I wanted to say -- in case others are still having this problem -- that I got myself a copy of Chrome and now the Roll20 app (and other apps) works perfectly for me. If you're having problems with this, consider getting Chrome (even if you only use it for Google Hangouts).

I was able to use Hangout Toolbox via Firefox, but not Chrome.

Some of them could be blocking the JS files G+ needs to load apps through the Hangout.
I am having this exact same problem and nothing I try so far has helped.

Lallander, could you go to supportdetails.com and let me know what the results are? Please do not include your IP address. Could you give me the steps you are performing so I can try to replicate the problem? - Gauss
