All, In addition to our other fabulous loots we've also found a buttload of cash in Wave Echo Cave. If divided evenly and rounded up a bit for portability's sake we'd each get 66g, 63s, 7cp in cash. We also have 10 gemstones (plus or minus 2 obviously trapped statue eyes) and 3 diamonds, which we can liquidate with our other loot upon reaching a large city. Regarding our magical item situation. I don't think anyone will be best served in a system where the first cave troll to scream that he loots the body ends up with whatever is on it (dedication to spite notwithstanding). Having mulled it over I think an optimal situation is Garad hangs onto his enchanted sword/shield combo in his role as melee tank, Zigmundo should take the new staff, as he can make best use out of it and open up his options in fights, and the glassstaff can be given to someone who doesn't really employ melee all that much (Granny/Rolen/Steve) and used to give mage armor to whomever wants it (including you Zig), prior to big fights and recharge on long rests. Just some thoughts but I think that looks relatively close to optimal usage. If folks would like to hang onto stuff that they really don't use, we can always recoup the value of those items from them in gold, although for enchanted items that would be in the hundreds. Finally, Rolen for MVP, surviving JUST long enough to be a bear, and then eating everything in sight, including the black spider was the difference between life and death last time.
